Absolutely love Legoland

Absolutely love Legoland. I have an autistic child and they always go above and beyond with her. If anyone sees us struggling, they help and always positive.Yes it is steep in price but if you have 2 for 1 or the sun saver vouchers, it is a really good day out for a family. As I have an autistic child, I will only prebook as the entry queues can be quite long if you have to pay on the gate whereas if you prebook you stroll in no wait whatsoever.The only criticism I have for Legoland is their website on mobile - really annoying to use as it takes an age to book tickets on Samsung S9 but I usually get round this using a desktop instead. And sometimes it can get overcrowded at peak times as they let too many people in (please don't let that be the case this weekend!!!)Keep up the good work Legoland!!!

Always a favourite

We love to visit here! My only complaint would be about the queuing times sometimes being too long and only managing to fit 4 rides in a days visit. Try to avoid peak times!

Fantastic (Mostly)

It is a nice theme park aimed at children. The food is only fast food, so maybe change that a bit. The rides are fun and there is something for everyone. Staff are friendly. The park is themed with lego, which sets it apart from the rest.Only problems are: Overpriced, which is ok if you go rarely. The queues are too long on busy days, so perhaps they should limit the number of people allowed in the park.But, Legoland is great!

Being a massive fan of Lego I had high expectations. The staff are excellent and friendly. There is loads to do and we spent two days doing it. Yes a few of the exhibitions and rides could do with being updated, however this is standard across every park as they are continually updating with new rides. Can't wait to go back.

Great day - ignore the negative reviews

Spent yesterday here, great park for our 5 year old, lots to do and the staff were very friendly. We had to queue in the rain but what do you expect that's not Legolands fault is it? The rides were perfect for the age group and we all really enjoyed the Fire academy. The staff really do go above and beyond to make your day better with friendly and helpful advice, they are strong at building report too. I'd recommend this place to anyone with children from 3-14. For those that have posted bad reviews, from experience you either do this because you've messed up and need someone to blame or you've gone on a busy day. If you want an honest review read this one, go to Legoland and just watch the magic in your young ones eye. Put aside your own day and think about theirs.

Great day..

Visited yesterday with daughter and grandchildren, 7, 6 and 3. We were dreading it as weather forecast rain all day but had pre- bought tickets so made up our minds to make the most of it. Now we are so glad it rained. Mainly got straight on rides - over 14 of them -the only wait was 30 mins for driving school, amazing. All rides were working too. No queues for toilets, which were nice and clean. Staff friendly. Customers cheerful and chatty despite the rain. One staff member told us on hot busy days tempers flare often. So if you are prepared to put up with a bit of damp, go on wet days. It's so worth it. Buy cheap ponchos from Halfords or The Works before going as the park charges £5 for theirs. We were on the go from 10 till 6 only stopping for a coffee in burger kitchen. Took our own food, drink and ate on the go! We were all extremely happy with the day and having read other reviews would never consider going on a normal day now.

LEGOLAND should be renamed QueueLand or RipoffLand

LEGOLAND is a very expensive attraction but one can always visit LEGOLAND with the discounted tickets to make the most out of it paying less money. Parking costs at least £6 (Free for Merlin annual premium pass holders). Food and drinks in LEGOLAND are expensive too. But again you can always pack your own food and drinks to save money. However, disappointingly LEGOLAND is far too crowded. An average queue time of 30-45 mins per ride! Not worth it. Went to LEGOLAND few times just for the kids as they love it. Never found the staff rude, they work hard like most of us and at times may be overwhelmed by huge number of visitors every day. For me, I’d always prefer to book cheaper flights and head to some quiet remote beaches for a peaceful time with family away from the crowd. But then again if kids love LEGOLAND then a visit once in a while is not that bad.

My sons 6th Birthday treat great park very well maintained plenty of amenity's water fountains toilets etc. had two day pass with first day fast pass for rides at £125.00 little expensive but worth it my family felt totally entertained my only complaint £5.25 for a hot dog creative food price allow two days if you want to see and ride everything mike c

My wife and two children (7 and 3)…

My wife and two children (7 and 3) visited last August. We had an ok time although we did find the queues very long. There was not a great deal for my youngest child to do. We may visit again when she is a bit older. It was an ok experience, certainly not a brilliant one.
