We have been sky customers for many years and recently moved from the North East down to Dorset the service we received from the smashing engineer was faultless got to give him 10/10 thank you again young man.

With no live football/ or hardly any other sports. Are you going to give everybody a refund while this covid 19 is around, if they have the sports package.

Tom Kinder fitted out TV - as part of our house move (incidentally the same gent did our TV in our previous home too!)Top drawer customer service, efficient and timely in his work and extremely competent. Give this gent a pay rise and make him a manager - few people we have dealt with in Sky could learn a thing or two from this young man!Very happy customers!

I have been a Sky customer for over 5 years and I have been delighted with their service. There were a few issues during my first year but Sky did everything they could to put things right including providing a new Sky box at no charge. The discounts I get on my TV package and my mobile are amazing and unlike anything I've ever received from any other company. They really do reward loyalty and if you are part of Sky VIP (which is free to join) you never have to wait more than 5 minutes to speak to a customer service representative.The staff are always friendly and happy to help and on my last call to cancel one of my mobile plans I had with them, I was informed my other mobile plan was due for a discount without me even asking. I now get Unlimited Calls and Texts plus 2GB data for £5.40 a month with unused data stored for 3 years!!! I can't find a deal better than that anywhere! I've spent my unused data on a wireless headset which was delivered for free. Just after my order was placed there were some stock availability issues. When I called to enquire when I would receive my headset the lovely lady I spoke with got it sorted and I received the headset in the post less than 48 hours later.Any time I contact them I end the call happy, knowing my request/query has been dealt with.

Absolute jokers we live in a second floor apartment and have been waiting 10 weeks for sky to be installed because a ‘specialist heights team’ are needed. Had 3rd visit today sent same incompetent engineer that can’t be bothered getting up a ladder in bad weather. They have now decided that the ‘specialist heights team’ don’t have ladders big enough!!????? Are we living in a sky scraper or in Outer Mongolia?????? Complete waste of space go with somebody who knows what they’re doing

Always found sky amazing and always issues resolved quickly. Today spoke to lee from newcastle an amazing guy eager to please with lovely humour could have stayed on the phone for hours, recieved a brilliant offer and he introduced me to sky vip which i will be having a look soon for great offers. Recently migrated FTTC broadband to Sky and took Sky Q TV at the same time. It was a Black Friday deal and excellent value. The broadband migration away from BT was seamless, the connection is syncing at a better speed and has been rock solid so far. Communication and updates via email and text were helpful and accurate. The latest Sky hub is decent with a very good WiFi signal. So good in fact, I haven’t bothered to swap the hub for my 300 quid Draytek Vigor router! The TV install was equally excellent. The installer turned up as scheduled, upgraded an old dish, installed Sky Q and an extra multi room Q mini. Also left me with Freesat still working in another room without issue. He was a nice guy and explained the whole setup. I have had every service going, from BT to Virgin, NowTV, Netflix, Amazon etc but never Sky. Sky Q is way better than BT or Virgin with a slick interface and Netflix integration. I’ve spoken To Sky over the phone a couple of times, both times there was minimal wait and a good response to resolve query. Way better than calling the shambolic mess that is BT. The account management on their website isn’t the best and the talk shield service doesn’t appear to be available on their VOIP phone service but that’s not an issue. As it stands today I could not be any happier, I’m a fussy perfectionist but happy to rate 5 out of 5 so far!

After 6 days of trying to cancel sky tv i finally got through using this number 03332 022 135 and spoke to doug who was working from home and he was very helpful and sorted me out in no time with no hassle and cancelled straight away although he did offer to cut my bill from £51 to £18 for the entertainment package but i did decline this offer as i am out of work for the foreseeable future with the COVID19 outbreak.

My mother in law passed away recently after 20+ years with sky , the gentleman I spoke with to cancel her contract (Jason) was absolutely fantastic, he talked me through the entire process and took the time to pass on his condolences.. It’s the little things that make all the difference. Amazing service.

Appalling service.This company has absolutely no concept of customer service and trying to get hold of them, to discuss shockingly bad broadband performance, is almost impossible to achieve right now. Their website states not to call as they are only able to deal with calls from vulnerable customers - which I struggle to reconcile. In the current climate, I fully understand an increase in calls from people struggling financially but why specifically reference the vulnerable ? It is not like you have to leave home to experience the, admittedly bad, Sky service. If it is a genuine position then fair enough but it just smacks of them, unlike other companies who are pulling out all the stops to support UK citizens, using it as an excuse to continue getting away with a cr@p service.Anyway, I reverted to suspending my DD, expecting it to prompt a call or a letter with a telephone number to call that guaranteed I got through to somebody. How misguided was I ?!?! Instead, I got a non-reply email instructing me to get my DD set back up again or my services will be gradually switched off.Sky is a truly awful organisation and I urge people to seek the services they require from elsewhere ...
