food good staff excellent Hayley and Linda made us very welcome.the duty manager sensor had a serious attitude problem and wasn't very nice to his staff

Had to call premier inn customer services and I have to say the experience was a breath of fresh air, the call was answered quickly, the lady on the phone was polite and very helpful the issue with the booking was my error but it was sorted out. I have used this company many times and have always found their customer service one of the best around, will continue to use them.

Fab customer service under the circumstances. Gave a refund without any quibbles. Perhaps you could teach Holiday Extras about customer service - they could do with some lessons!

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn, Millburn Road, Inverness over Christmas 2019.It was a tremendous customer experience and all the staff were brilliant. Also, I like to say that David, Sophie and Madja were exemplary, Well done!!!!

Premier Inn ,Thurrock East.As always our stay was perfect. Clean room and bathroom,comfy bed.The young man on reception was so busy but never failed to smile and be polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Great stay and thank you to the young man on reception Alison and Graham Kishere

Stayed at the premier inn falkirk central between the 7th-10th May once arrived at to book in was very happy there was disabled parking bays so parking was excellent then booked in was welcomed in with polite and friendly staff as i had booked a accessible room was great on the ground level and the room was a great size wetroom was great everything was clean tidy the front staff were polite and they explained about a offer they have in the beefeater with regards breakfast and evening meal was great so ended up paying for the offer and found it great food was great menu was great with all the different dishes also when we went to our meal at night the staff told us what meals were not on the menu which was fantastic we were happy to have been told which was excellent by letting customers know what they had or not on the menu also loved that it was near the falkirk wheel and it was next to the canal which was amazing as it was a wonderful walk along it and found we were greeted outside with others and cyclists and they were very polite and always said thank for letting them past, as this was our first time staying at this premier inn as we have stay at another premier inn in falkirk got to say was very impressed with our stay, would say the only issue we had with the room was the television screen size was too small as my husband is hard of hearing found it difficult to read the subtitles and i also felt the screen to small as i found it difficult watching it while lying on the bed as i wear glasses i had trouble watching it also i ended up sitting on the chair during my stay to be able to watch the tv, also the room was nice and clean and warm loved that you could adjust the temperature yourself and it was very quiet at night inside as well as outside and as i am very happy with my recent stay i have booked to go back there before the end of the year, and we would definitely stay there for our get away trips from now on as we are very impressed with our recent stay as having the restaurant right next door was definitely a good thing not having to travel for our breakfast and evening meal and being able to go for a walk along the canal was amazing we found other shops to were we could buy a cold drink also there is a subway not far from the premier inn which is a good bonus also as its not to far to walk to if you if would like just a lunch sandwich and i would recommend friends and family to visit the premier inn falkirk central as the staff were always available and always welcoming you went you arrive and leave and they would say good morning to you as well which was really nice and if you needed them which was great and if needed to let them know of a problem they really appreciated that you let them know which was great to which i did and they really appreciated that i let them know as i did not see any reason to leave bad feedback about a minor issue was not forgot about on purpose, I like letting them know any problems rather than leaving bad feedback that then gives them the chance to resolve the issue which i no doubt that they have sorted my minor issue out its always the best thing to do let them know any issues you have with any company as they are not mind readers

I enjoyed my stay at premier inn (Thurrock). The bedroom and bathroom was clean. I'm very particular about clean bathrooms. There cooked breakfast is amazing. The bed was comfortable and clean!

Stayed at Peterborough and cannot praise the hotel enough. Ideal for the City centre, room very clean, smart and bed very comfortable. All staff friendly, cheery and helpful especially the breakfast staff.

Went to hull. Got the meal deal was told then if I wanted the only steak they offer I would have to pay extra and I could only get one type of cider. If we wanted a certain starter then that was extra. It seemed like everything was extra. To top it off the restaurant was freezing. We work is going on but not one heater was on. Then the room was ok until 6am and the air con made one hell of a noise and did that for about a hour.

Just had a 3 night stay at Premier Inn Castleford. One of our grandchildren (Freddie) has an egg allergy. The duty manager (Sarah) went over and above to ensure all safety measures were adhered to, as in washing our table down, fresh cutlery, meals cooked separately. She met us at the entrance to the restaurant on her shift to ensure everything was done correctly. Thank you Sarah, you made our stay the best.
