I love my Lenovo S-145. Yes, it was slow, underpowerd and camw with Windows, but with an NVME upgrade (1Tb), a SATA SSD (1Tb), a RAM upgrade (20gb) and Linux she is now a beaut.

So after reading through this trust pilot, when my yoga c740 was water damaged I was very dubious and scared to send it in for repair, and was concerned how long it would take, whether it would come back and what state it would return in. I held off on sending it back until I had no other options at all. Had a few hiccups with pickup/arranging collection times, ups not having labels promised etc. But was shocked to receive my device back within 3 days, fully working all repairs done. Will report back over the next couple days if anything goes wrong or seems off but am really pleasantly surprised that the repair has been done to a great standard and returned to me very quickly. Seems as though the customer service and communication are severely lacking, and help is really really hard to access anywhere for almost all issues, but in this case of a cut and dry warranty damage repair, they did the job exactly promised even if communication was sketchy and or sparse, and thought I'd leave my positive experience here, as I used this page to guide my decision in sending it back. My top customer service tip is to use the WhatsApp support line to contact them as it seems to be the fastest and most direct way to get hold of someone bizarrely.

I checked the quote online and it had multiple mistakes in the configuration, but it did state active until Friday night. Six emails back and forth all week to get it right. Finally, when it does come in right, on Thursday the quote says 'Rejected'. I email the person I am dealing with and get an auto response that they are sick and to contact their backup.

Their ThinkStation workstations are truly great. I have been doing so much valuable stuff with that new computer. Sure, there were some delays at the delivery, but these ended up being lesser than announced initially. Impressive 48h delivery from Hong Kong to Paris with UPS. For the best experience possible I strongly suggest you stick with their workstations (the "Think" product line), rather than their retail PCs (the "Idea" product line).

I ordered a Lenovo IdeaPad Duet Chromebook 128Gb direct from the Lenovo online store, Friday 7th May. Then I read the negative reviews and got worried. I was even more concerned when the tracking info was updated to a delivery date of the 17th May when it should have been dispatched within 1-3 business days.But not to worry, the tracking info was updated again Monday 10th and the item was received Tuesday 11th. This is a very fast service, especially considering the products are sent from the Netherlands to the UK. Based on my experience I would be very happy to order direct from Lenovo again.Also I am very happy with the Duet Chromebook, it's good kit and even better than expected.

I was tempted to rate Lenovo only 1 star, because of the immense frustration they caused me by not giving me the option to rate them 6 stars, max being 5! That was very frustrating because they deserve at least 6 stars! But then I realized that it's not Lenovo who's at fault. Rather it's Trustpilot who's at fault! Anyways you guys know I'm just joking, right? Though you could probably still tell that I am really really obsessed with Lenovo! They're amazing! Their customer service was so legendary, that I think it's only fair to create a "Customer Service Hall of Fame just for them! They literally had two technicians come to my house to help me with my laptop, both a day after I requested help!!! And this is during the pandemic! A time which other companies get away with using as an excuse to leave their customers in the dark for extended periods of time without any help! And of course this is not to downplay neither the actual job they did, nor their actual products, which are both Super Incredible!!! My laptop is the greatest thing I've ever bought! I bought a Lenovo A536 4 years ago. To be honest, in spite of the normal wear and tear of its battery. My unit is still working properly! I am happy that I chose this phone!
