Light flat shoes for summer

I have been buying Clarks shoes for several years because I have a particular size that it's extremely hard to find in the UK. Plus I only wear shoes that are gentle with me feet. I have been searching some light shoes for the summer in few Clarks shops, but unfortunately I couldn't find my size or they were too hard and they would have ruined my feet. I've almost given up on Clarks until I entered in the York Coppergate shop and I had the luck to be assisted by a very helpful staff called Deneth who managed to find me a suitable pair of light shoes that I bought. I was quite impressed because he really knew the products and he actually paid attention to what I said which is extremely rare nowadays. Hopefully, Clarks will hire more shop sellers similar with his manners and competencies.

Excellent service at the Clarks Store…

Excellent service at the Clarks Store in Carmarthen.Assisted by a very pleasant lady called Sarah who was most helpful when I was choosing a pair of sandals. Also, another assistant who is most helpful and pleasant is Juliet who, over the years, has made sure I have purchased the correct foot ware. In fact all the staff in the Carmarthen store are fantastic and really helpful and make you feel very welcome whether your are just browsing or purchasing a product. WELL DONE CARMARTHEN STORE

Emma @ Hempstead Valley - 10* SERVICE!

Emma in the Hempstead Valley store was absolutely incredible with my sons school shoe fitting on Sunday! My 4 year old son is normally very timid and wary of new people and experiences but she made him feel so comfortable and at ease and taught him how to look after his new shoes too, to the point where he’s now told me every day this week I have to tell her how new they still look! ☺️ She’s a credit to Clarks and I’d love if this message could be passed on to her manager because service like that is so hard to come by nowadays

Jess in Lincoln branch super helpful

Popped into Lincoln branch to try desery boots. Jess couldn't have been more helpful. Brought me several pairs to try until we got my size, which happened to be a full size smaller than my shoe size. She then took my order for home delivery and gave me the same discount I would have had buying online. Made me want to go back to the high street
